    Myriad Business Management DBA Credit Approval Solutions

    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Myriad Business Management, operating as Credit Approval Solutions, a credit restoration business located at 7633 Knightdale Blvd., Knightdale, NC 27545. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, enrolling in our services, or communicating with us via phone, text, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. About Our Services

    Credit Approval Solutions is a credit restoration company. We assist clients in identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or erroneous items on their credit reports and help them exercise their legal rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

    Credit Approval Solutions is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not licensed attorneys. Nothing in our communications constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your state.

    We make no guarantee that our services will result in a specific credit score improvement or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary by client.

    3. Credit Services Organization Disclosure

    You have the right to:

    • Cancel any contract for credit services without penalty within five (5) business days of signing
    • Sue a credit services organization that violates the Credit Services Organization Act
    • Receive a written contract describing all services and fees before work begins
    • Dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no cost without using a credit repair company

    4. SMS & Text Messaging Consent

    By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Credit Approval Solutions including appointment reminders, document requests, dispute status updates, and account-related information. Here a brief description of the types of messages users can expect upon opting in.

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

    We will never sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    By engaging our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your credit situation
    • Not request that we dispute accurate and verifiable information
    • Not attempt to create a new credit identity, use a CPN in place of your Social Security Number, or engage in any fraudulent credit-related activity
    • Respond promptly to requests for documentation needed to process your disputes

    Federal law makes it a crime to misrepresent your identity to obtain credit. We do not assist with and will not facilitate any form of credit fraud.

    6. Fees, Payment & Cancellation

    All fees are disclosed in your written service agreement prior to enrollment. You have the right to cancel within five (5) business days of signing without penalty. We do not provide refunds for services already performed unless required by applicable law. Payment disputes must be submitted in writing to support@casdispute.com within thirty (30) days of the billing date.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Approval Solutions, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
